This Advanced Project Management programme provides organizations with skilled, professional, results-orientated managers who can meet the requirements of other functional managers within their organizations and who are able to complete projects on time, within budget, while meeting expectations. Labour Law and contracts
The purpose of this module is to ensure that learners are equipped to determine whether the basics of contracts have been complied with and to ensure that certain aspects of the labour law are complied with.

  Principles underlying mediation and arbitration as well as the hybrid processes of alternative dispute     resolution
